Algot Anderson of St. Paul was the photographer.  He was a photographer in St Paul from 1894 to 1926.
This is a Azo Postacrd with triangles going up…so that means it was used between 1904 to 1918.

James Lester Rohan (9 Jan 1920 in -23 Jul 2009 in Fremont, Alameda, California) was the son of James Phillip Rohan (14 Oct 1887 - Dec 1975) and Elizabeth Rohan. Lester lived in Saint Paul, Minnesota until after 1940 working as a "sound man".

James L. Rohan Age 89 Formerly of St. Paul, MN Passed away on July 23rd, 2009 in Fremont, CA. Preceded in death by parents James P. and Lizzie Rohan and brother, Wm L. Rohan.  He served in the Merchant Marine during WW II and worked at NWA in Minneapolis. He retired from Aeronautical Radio, Inc. in California.
