Photo Number 3256

This is a Cabinet Card from the antique shop in Walker Minnesota.

M A Canan was the photographer in Brainerd Minnesota.  (Her first name was Marie) She was in business from 1901-1902 and then again from 1905-1925.
This is most likely from the 1901-1902 time frame.
Note the mothers arm partially covered by a lace shawl.

This is a Cabinet Card from the antique shop in Walker Minnesota.

Eggan was the photographer at 251 Cedar Ave So Minneapolis Minn
This was quite a group of photographers...brothers maybe or cousins. Halvor Eggan 1887-1888, Ole P  1890, Sever P 1896-1915 and then Stephen all show this same address in Minneapolis.   I will guess that this is Ole P Eggan's work...from the initials on the Cabinet Card.

This is a Cabinet Card from the antique shop in Detroit lakes Minnesota.

A lovely young lady in a plaid dress.  Plaid was usually a sign of a wealthy person.

Dorge was the photographer at 1819 Riverside Ave Minneapolis he was in business there from 1891 -1914.  I will guess that this Cabinet Card is from 1895 because of the huge sleeves on her gown.

John Henry Tierney Sr was born Sept 15 1863 in Minnesota. He died Aug 30 1945 in North Dakota. His parents were Jeremiah and Anna Tierney
His wife was Mary Aug 15 1865- Dec 10 1936 in North Dakota.
They had a number of children info taken from Irene Ann Tiernery Lotz obit.

Washburn was the photographer in Spring Valley (Minnesota)  He was is business from 1898-1901, and in 1904 and 1912.

The sitting couple have smaller flowers than the standing couple.   His sister and her brother?  Maybe.

Here are several Cabinet Cards from the antique shop in Jenkins Minnesota.

Unknown couple Jenkins antThe bride wears a gown of some color, perhaps blue or brown (just a guess).  She has flowers in her hair and a corsage.  The goom has a boutineer and really curly hair.

We have a photo of their entire wedding party.

Friends or relatives?  The bride and the best man might be siblings?

The photographer is Washburn in Spring Valley Minnesota. He was in business there from 1898-1901 and then again in 1904 and 1912.  My best guess is that this is from 1904.

The bride wears a dark gown with a lacy collar, her hair is adorned with flowers and she carries a bouquet.  The groom has a small boutineer with a bow.

The bride is taller than the groom.

It looks like he is touching her head and she doesn’t like it!

The bride wears a white gown and a bridal bonnet adorned with flowers. She may have a large bow on the bodice of her dress that has a few flowers.  The groom wears white gloves and a boutineer.

This is a Cabinet Card from the antique shop in Fergus Falls Minnesota.

Burke & Mead  Lake Crystal  & Amboy Minn  They were in Lake Crystal in 1900 and 1902.  Amboy 1902, 1904-1905.  So I will guess that this photo was taken in 1902.

The bride wears a light colored gown with a floor lenght bridal bonnet adorned with tendrils and flowers. She also wears a corsage.  The groom wears a boutineer.
This may  be William Hensch April 9 1871-Nov 10 1947 in Kansas.  (His father, William is buried in Blue Earth County Minn)  If this is the right William his wife’s name was Friadaricka July 14 1877-Jan 7 1951 Kansas.
I have contacted a relative at Find A Grave and we will see what we hear back.
