This is a photo that was stuck in the very first box of photos that I purchased three years ago.
I called it Military and a wall..but I now realize that the soldier is standing on top of a bunker. It must have been taken overseas someplace.

Armistice Day:
At the eleventh hour, of the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918 the guns were silenced and the “war to end all wars” was finally over after four years. The Armistice agreement was signed. The Allies claimed victory and Germany was defeated. It was called Armistice Day for many years. After WWII it was changed to Veteran’s Day.
