Photo Number 121

I believe this one is all about the fingerless gloves..however she does have a tiny little hat. LamSon was in Portland Maine from 1900 to 1905.  His first name is never found ( perhaps  he was really a she?).  LamSon photographed many schooners off the coast of Maine.  This is a CdV that Norkio kindly shared!

Thanks for stopping by, do come again:)

  1. It is an interesting photo with lots of little details from the hat and gloves to the jewelry she is wearing. I wonder about her hair also. I can't decide if she had kinky curly hair or if her bangs were purposely styled that way. The photo looks like it has been preserved well.

  3. When I used to run my jewelry website, this lady was featured on the title bar. I love her earrings and the pin. I never knew the time period though so I'm really glad to know it now!

  4. This is a far cry from central U.S. of A. It is interesting how the photos can get sent out and travel to all parts. It is an interesting photo.
