This snapshot must be from the 1920’s. The ties used as an accessory and the length of the skirts says 1920’s. . possibly 1925.

The three girls with the ties, white skirts and white shoes could be wearing a school outfit of some kind.
I get the odd feeling no one said the obligatory "one, two, three..." before snapping this photo.
Traditionally, young females have often worn shorter skirts than adults. In this photo the three older females are dressed in longer attire, and the styles of all three of their outfits definitely suggest the era of World War I. So I think the photo was taken about 1918, give or take only a couple of years.
Looks like the bright sunshine got in their eyes.
