It is a KRUXO Postcard they were used from 1908 to the 1920’s.  I will guess that this was taken more in the 1908 time frame.  The bride wears a simple blouse which could be pigeon breasted and a skirt.  The groom looks like he is wearing a checkered suit that might be a little large for him.

  2. I found a Rosa L Leonard with husband Arthur in the 1910 census and the 1920 census. In 1910 she has a child named Lawrence who is 0 years old. She was born in North Dakota about 1891 or 1892. Valley, Dickey, North Dakota. Her husband was 24 in the 1910 census. They lived with Arthur's Brother Albert and with servents Isaak Tolofson and Roy Hackman

  5. Thought that might be interesting:

According to his WWI Draft Registration Card of 1918 ARTHUR FRANKLIN LEONARD (*January,1,1886) is a farmer in Monango, [Valley], Dickey County, North Dakota and is of medium height and medium build and has blue eyes and brown hair. The nearest relative: Rosa Leonard.

And in these two issues of the newspaper 'Dickey County Leader' of February 1912 and July 1912 the couple Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Leonard are mentioned having entertained dancing parties.

    Please look under Monango:
