This is a CdV from Craig’s Collection.

Wellington E Howe CP

A young lad from about 1885 give or take a few years.

Wellington E. Howe

I found Wellington Howe born about 1876 to Freeman and Malinda Howe.  They are found in the 1880 Census living in Jefferson, Pousihiek County Iowa.  There is a Wellington Howe buried in the Dodge Center Cemetery at Bagley Iowa along with his parents and many brothers and sisters.

This little boy should have oodles of relatives.

Thanks for stopping by.  Do come again.

  1. Wow. That's a toughie. Your Wellington is a lost one (no US Census records other than the 1880 one).

He might be Wellington E. Howe (abt 1872 in Orwell, Bradford, Pennsylvania) was the son of William and Cynthia Howe. He married Mabel and they lived in New Haven, Connecticut. He was a radio repairman late in life. They had a daughter named Winifred H. Tarbell, the wife of Frank Arthur Tarbell.
