This is a snapshot from the antique shop in Moorhead Minnesota.

Note the finger waved hair styles and the dress length just below the knee.

The initials could stand for Moorhead State Teachers College.  The College was known by that name from 1921 to 1957.  Before that time it was Moorhead Normal School and after 1957 Moorhead State College then Moorhead State University in 1975 and now since the year 2000 Minnesota State University Moorhead.  ( I attended that college in 1970 and 1971 when it was known as Moorhead State College…my major at that time was Pre Veterinary Medicine and Health)
