Perhaps this is Lawrence Lowell Flint (Sep. 25, 1897 in Iowa - Mar. 30, 1957 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas
His Texas death certificate says he was a WWII officer, widowed and he died in Brooke Army Hospital, Fort Sam Houston.
