A small child holding what looks like a flower in one hand and petals of the flower in the other.  It looks like that is a bottle of talcum powder in the chair.  Cute curls!

Ramona Moffett was born about 1916 in Minnesota. In 1930, she was living in Glenwood, Pope, Minnesota with her parents Walter (age 61, born in Wisconsin) and Jessie (age 45, Iowa born). Her younger brother Walter was 9 (also born in Iowa).

From that - I uncovered a 1930 US Census records showing her to be the daughter of Walter W. and Jessie B. Moffett. Where the young couple went, I do not know.

Marie Fagstad (15 Apr 1899 in Agnes Township, Grand Forks, North Dakota - 17 Aug 1996 in St Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota)

Paddy Fagstad, the boy on the left (not known)

...were the children of Ole Simensen Fagstad (13 Sep 1854 in Lillehammer, Oppland, Norway - 15 Nov 1934 in Grand Forks, North Dakota) (Find A Grave Memorial# 95443954) and Marthe Severson (Apr 1861 in Lillehammer, Oppland, Norway - 16 Mar 1940 in Grand Forks, North Dakota)

Marie married a Mr. Casey. She is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, a LTC US Army veteran (Find A Grave Memorial# 474685)

Bertha married Carl John Fagstad, son of Christian Fagstad and presumably a cousin (Find A Grave Memorial# 112028901). Carl John was an early aviator/signal corps man.
