This is an old photo from Craig’s Collection.  I visit this collection from time to time many of the photographs have names.

I thought we would look at some photos of couples this week.

This is more than likely a wedding photograph, they are both wearing flowers.  The photo studio was located in Durand Wisconsin.

Midkiff Cousin that is the only clue we have.  The photo might have been taken about 1910.

A forgotten soldier, the photo is unmarked.  The patch high on his shoulder is an Armed Forces Far  East Patch, often called the Mt. Fuji patch.

A little boy wearing the cutest little outfit with knee socks.  I think those are some kind of rackets on his tie.

This is a photo from Katherine’s California Photos.  There are just a few of these unmarked photos that I thought deserved to be shown.

This dress must have been so pretty with a dropped waist and an uneven hemline.  I also enjoyed looking at her shoes which were most likely leather with peek a boo cutouts.  This is more than likely a graduation photograph from the late 1920’s.

I see so many things wrong with this photo… long sleeves and a fur in June..but then it is just draped over her arm.  They must have been arriving home in Hawaii.
