Mable Glidden lived in Mitchell County, Kansas in 1900. She was the head of the household's wife, 39 years old, and identified as white. Mable was born in Illinois around 1861. Her father was born in Pennsylvania, and her mother was born in Ohio. In 1900, Mable was married to Willis C. Glidden, and they had one child named Walter L.

  1. WILLIS C. GLIDDEN, M. D., Homeopathic physician and surgeon, was born in Orleans County, N. Y., July 23, 1848. Removed to Illinois, near Chicago, with his father in 1854. Graduated at the Illinois State Normal University, at Normal, taking two diplomas; one in the scientific course, and one in the classic. Taught school three years in Illinois. Studied medicine and graduated at "The Chicago Homeopathic College" in 1879; came to Beloit, Mitchell Co., Kan., and began the practice of his profession. is a member of the Odd Fellows fraternity; married in Beloit, June 1, 1881, to Miss Mabel Seager.
