He had been a patient for some time.<br /><br />The Funeral was Monday in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, McHenry, Rev. A. O. Borlaug officiating. Burial will be at Mose, N.D.<br /><br />Mr. Barclay was born at Elbow Lake, Minn., Feb 9, 1896, where his parents homesteaded. He farmed near McHenry until 1956 when he moved into town.<br /><br />In 1918 he married Annie Hanson. She died in 1929 and June 1, 1932, he married Agnes Overby. She survives as do five sons, Odin, Lawrence of Jamestown, Vernon of McHenry, Herbert of Missouri, and Andor of Grand Forks.<br /><br />He also leaves four brothers, Lawrence of McHenry, Ole, Binford, Tanes, Brainerd, Minn., Christ of Anaconda, Mont., and 27 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
