This is a foreign postcard from the antique shop in Elizabeth Minnesota.
Hugo and Meta
The postcard is stamped on the back. Fard Becker, Pr. Friedland perhaps he is the photographer.
The groom is dashing in a long double breasted coat and he carries a top hat and wears a white bow tie and a bit of greens with a white bow in his lapel. The bride wears a white gown that shows her shoes, her veil is full length and gathered around her face. She carries a bouquet of flowers.
I wonder if they were both red heads?
Thanks for stopping by.
Is that an "S" (or "G") on the photo after Hugo and Meta?
ReplyDeleteFard Becker was a photographer located in what is now Debrzno, Poland. At the time it was Preußisch Friedland, Westpreußen (West Prussia).
I will guess an S. But it is hard to tell:)
