E.A. and Grace Weston were my great grandparents. He gave my dad his first camera, which I still have. Ebb and Grace are buried at Maple Leaf Cemetery in Oak Harbor, WA. Thank you for your preservation efforts. It always hurts my heart to see the orphan portraits in bins at antique stores.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05452288206691368633noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2320880361203053560.post-73008980964383095822018-12-19T16:29:48.065-06:002018-12-19T16:29:48.065-06:00Mailed to Joan October of 2018Mailed to Joan October of 2018Far Side of Fiftyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07995757632158408442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2320880361203053560.post-35136693707566687192016-02-20T21:37:29.971-06:002016-02-20T21:37:29.971-06:00Gustavus If you would like the photo please contac...Gustavus If you would like the photo please contact me by email. He was the compiler of an Episcopalian / Anglican Ojbiwe language hymnbook which is still in use today. According to what I could find on the intenet, Rev. Edward has many living relatives still on Walpole Island using the surnace Kahosed. Edward & Kathryn are highly likely to be related, but I haven't learned one way or the other for sure.treshohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02272402503219630060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2320880361203053560.post-2231543967603273532015-10-19T14:21:29.744-05:002015-10-19T14:21:29.744-05:00I visited the grave of Kathryn L Kahosed 1873-1974...I visited the grave of Kathryn L Kahosed 1873-1974 at St. Columba Indian Mission, Ogema, Becker County, Minnesota, USA 11 Oct 2015. Aug 1873 and spouse Kitty Grace Mix, b.1877 who spent most of their lives in Minnesota; Much of that time in Beaulieu Township, Mahnomen, MN, a town of less that 400 citizens in the early 1900’s.

Arthur and Sarah Bouchard were neighbors with Ebb Weston according to the 1920 census.

Edward and Katie Kahosed (Kah-O-Sed) lived 11 minutes away from Ebb Weston in Chief Township, MN in 1910. Edward and Katie were married in 1907..

Several people named Beaulieu in that area occur in every census from 1900 thru 1940.

Grace Hart lived in Long Prairie, Minnesota in 1920, a couple hours away from Chief Township, MN.

Right place, right time, right names BUT Ebb is listed as a grocer in every census. And Grace Mix had 12 siblings but none seem to have been named Flo. So confirmation is still unsure.

anyjazzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03319237414264543250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2320880361203053560.post-17467905102861305872012-09-04T04:11:36.391-05:002012-09-04T04:11:36.391-05:00A very intriguing photo!
