Ryan's in the Social Security Death index - one born 22 June 1918 (issued in Iowa, died 18 January 1995 in Camden Missouri) and the other born 15 June 1918 (issued in Kansas and died 7 May 2009 in Johnson, Kansas). And that assumes the car owner died... it's not totally out of the question that Mr. Ryan is still with us.<br /><br />Not much evidence in the photo to place it anywhere...
