A possibility
At Find A Grave there is a Johan Eliason born 1845 Norway Died 1908 In Kandiyohi County Minnesota. He is buried in Nordland Cemetery. In the same cemetery is a Marianna Eliason 1828-1914.

O.E. Flaten was the photographer in Moorhead Minn.
Flaten was in Moorhead from 1880-1928.  He was in partnership with another fellow i 1880 –1881.  In 1887 he opened his own studio.  I will guess that this was taken about 1887. ( Ishould guess 1885 because the top button in buttoned on his suit coat.)

I believe her father was August Arnesen Born August4 1870 he was a Skipper in the Arctic Ocean. Her Mother Olga born March 17, 1886 and her brother Magnus born August 12 1908. This is from census records in 1910.
