The poor bride is losing the petals from her bouquet…it looks like the flowers were peonies.
This photo was sent to a Mr Christ Berghly.
Often times photos were sent with traveling relatives or tucked into a package.
This is a Cyko Postcard which was used from 1904 to the 1920’s. This one looks to be from the 1920’s.

ReplyDeleteIf I search for other Kristian (or Christian) born on the same date, I find only three, and one of these, Kristian Johannesen, was born in Aker, Oslo (source: 1910 referendum, http://digitalarkivet.arkivverket.no/ft/person/pf01036372027347). He lives in a house (Bellevue) with his (?) family and two other families. If the assumption that one of these families are his, then his parents were born in Sweden.
