She wears a dark colored gown with fairly large sleeves, has a corsage and a small bouquet and wears a ring on her left hand, he wears a flower in his lapel. This photo was most likely taken around 1895.

      The Hess Bros were Henry and Frederick and they were at 38 Wash Ave South in Minneapolis Minnesota 1896-1899 and 1901.

  3. Sometimes the women in these old photos, in all their fancy dresses, look more like dolls than people. They seem so tiny.
