This is a CdV from the 3rd antique shop in Dorset Minnesota.
A beautiful gal with a scarf at her high ruffled polka dot neckline. She also wears a celluloid hair clip/comb often called a peineta.
John Phillips was the photographer in Lake City Minnesota. According to the Minnesota Historical Society he was a photographer in Lake City from 1878 to 1879.
Lake City is right on the mighty Mississippi, it is a beautiful little town.

The photographer was in Lake City in 1882 and suffered a loss in the "Great Fire".
