This is a snapshot from the antique shop in Detroit Lakes Minnesota.
A little boy in a big cap, and his father/grandfather in the background. That piece of wood would have been used as a chopping block, possibly for making kindling or to sever the heads of chickens.
Thanks for stopping by. Do come again:)
The little guy looks like he is going to karate chop the bloch of wood in half! :)
ReplyDeleteI think he has his dads hat on too. So cute.
I love a snapshot like this that shows the surrounding area. Cute little fella.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking the little tyke just realized what you mentioned, creating headless chickens, and has noticed the man behind him with his arm raised ready to chop. He's about to scurry away as fast as those little legs will take him. Run baby, run!
ReplyDeleteDoes anybody else think that looks like a little mannequin? The face looks mask-like!
