Update from Iggy: Yes this is 4 generations!

 Johanne Bjørnsdatter Frydenlund (Thorson) (1861 - 1934)
"Chester's mom" was Annette Celine (Netta) Thompson (nee' Frydenlund) (1890 - 1971)

  1. Hard to imagine this photo being forgotten. I would certainly treasure just such a photo.

  2. I assume Chester Thompson is the "baby boy" born around 1903-1910...and is with his mom in the background. It's an interesting challenge not knowing any of the ladies first names (or that of their husbands).

  3. This website - shows photos of Svanaug Fagerli (Thorstendatter) (c.1835 - c.1930) and Johanne Bjørnsdatter Frydenlund (Thorson) (1861 - 1934) that appear to match those of two older ladies.

Johanne was Svanaug's daughter. Svanaug had a sister named Anne Besserud who was married to Thor C Besserud (and went by his initials "C T". I assume someone was related to "Chester's mom"!
