Photo Number 1290

This is a Real Photo Postcard from the antique shop in Detroit Lakes Minnesota.

Cute little thing with a wonderful smile!  She wears a long white dress trimmed in lace and button up shoes.
Artura postcards were used from 1910 to 1924.

According to the 1940 US census, Almida Amelia Hagen was born abt 1923, attended college.  Her parents were C. Edward and Tillie Olivia Hagen. She had four-five brothers and appears to have been the only girl.
She lived in Scambler, Otter Tail, Minnesota which is very near Pelican Rapids. Her brothers were Carl (died in 1998), Wilbur (died in 2007), Jay, Earl and Kermit.
Almeda/Almida married a Charles Woodward and moved to Alameda, California (c. 1998).

    The animal looks like a little dog. Such a precious photo. :)
