  1. I see at least a strong family resemblance. They could be one and the same person or father-son.

    He has a nice load of fish. They look like 20-pound carp to me.

    The record size Carp for Minnesota was caught in July 1952 in Clearwater Lake at 55 pounds 5 ounces.

    There is an Earl Wilson born about 1885 living in Bagley, Clearwater, Minnesota in 1920 with his wife Cora...

  2. Took some digging but Earl Samuel Wilson, born in 1885 and married to Cora Wright, moved to Santa Clara, California before 1930's US Census. Earl's father, Levi, 29 February 1896 in Motley, Morrison County, Minnesota, so IF (big IF) this photo is "somehow" related to Earl Samuel, then "Dad Wilson" would appear to be "Earl Samuel Wilson."
