The photographer is Chambers from York. Possibly
The bride wears a V necked gown embellished in beaded designs. Her hair is wavy and she has a cross necklace. The groom wears one of those detachable collars with his striped shirt and a black tie with his dark suit.
This photo is probably from the 1920’s.
Thanks for stopping by. Do come again:)
I believe the photographer was Ormill M. Chambers of York, Nebraska. :)
ReplyDeleteHe was born on 1 March 1878 and died 30 Nov 1948.
Excuse me. Typo'ed. The gent's name was Oremill M Chambers.
DeleteThanks Iggy:)
DeleteOremill M Chambers was my Great Grand Father. Curious does the back of the photo have a stamp showing Chambers Studio? He was a very successful portrait photographer, and supported his family during the depression years.... tough to do. He retired in 1945 and my mom worked int he studio as a child.
