This is a Cabinet Card from the Buggy Wheel Antique Shop near Lake Park Minnesota.
The Photographer is Hamlin of Casselton N. Dak.
This photograph had to be taken after 1889 when “The Dakotas” became North and South Dakota. Hamlin was a photographer in the 1880’s and 1890’s.
The groom has flowers on the front of his suit. The bride’s gown is black with white trim. The sleeves are quite large at the shoulder, and she wears a bridal bonnet, and she rests her hand on his arm. The bride has sprigs of flowers on her bridal bonnet and at her neckline and at the front of her dress.
They look really young.
Thanks for stopping by. Do come again:)
That is a beautiful dress - a work of art, such craftsmanship!
