Lovely lady in a pigeon breasted gown.  Very 1900’s.

Algot Anderson is the photographer in St. Paul Minnesota.  He was a photographer there from 1894 to 1926.

  1. She is very pretty. There are too many Flannigan women of about 20 years old living in the Saint Paul area in 1910-1920 to determine who this might be.
