When I saw the location, Fulton County NY, I immediately thought of one of my favorite websites, the Old Fulton NY Post Cards site. It has copies of all sorts of NY area historic newspapers. Entering Estelle's name in the search engine on that site brought up the September 25, 1900, announcement of her marriage to William Garnsey in the Gloversville Daily Leader, plus many other results.
