Photo Number 797

This is a Real Photo Postcard from the antique shop in Perham Minnesota.  This week we will look at some photos of some pets!  What better way to start the week..nine kids with nine puppies.

Azo Postcard Triangles Up Kids and nine puppies Perham

This Azo Postcard would have been taken between 1904 and 1918. I think there are two families of children in this photo..but we will never know for sure because the photo is not marked.

Thanks for stopping by, do come again:)

  1. What a delightful way to teach kids to be responsible. "If you want a puppy of your own, you have to care for it too. Agreed?" Yes, mam!

  2. What a nice slice of pure Americana! Love this! This could be one big happy farm family, but I did notice that over half of the girls are wearing bows in their hair, while the one(s) with darker hair have a bowl cut and no bows, so perhaps they are cousins. They all seem to have the same facial structure. ~Abra

  3. The puppies look like collies. How cute. And the kid's aren't bad looking either :-)

  4. That is so neat. I bet each kid thought they had a special puppy. I like the informal family shots.

  5. What a sweet pic. Don't you know both the kids and the pups thought they had it made!
