Thanks for stopping by, do come again:)
Update from Iggy
Alexander Beaulieu (b. c. 1845 in Wisconsin) married to Magdelane Beaulieu (b. c. 1853 in Germany) living in White Earth Agency, Becker, Minnesota working as a Farm Laborer. At that time they have four childred. The census shows his race as "Indian." In 1910, the family with one additional child is living in Township 146, Mahnomen, Minnesota, about 30 miles south of Fosston.
One of the Alex's daughters appears to have married a "Girard".
Update from a researcher on May 08 2012
Alex and Helen Kappell Beaulieu. I am doing research for a distant relative on the Kappell. They wouldn't know what the picture is about without my research. You can email it. Thank you. I'll ask the person if she wants the original. Helen Kappell came from Wisconsin and her husband was a half breed also from Wisconsin. I think he or his father was an Indian agent.

The children appear reluctant to move from home.
