A 1920's dress, with straight sides and a dropped waist with a handkerchief hemline. Her hat is not exactly a bell shaped Cloche..but a modified version. Note: You can almost see her ankles..

She is certainly lovely and I love her dress...I could see myself in that style. Is this from the same box of photos as the Morgan family? I think she bears a resemblance to the mother holding the infant in the photo posted the other day.
